In Kotha, everyone is awaiting the return of their king, the one who will fight the demons and save their land. Dulquer Salmaan’s gangster rules the area of Kotha and drives around in vintage cars. “Here when I say it’s day, it’s the day,” Dulquer says. With either festivals or fights, the teaser burns with fire flames and yellow colours, setting us up for a vintage mass rural ride. Aishwarya Lekshmi and Prasanna also make their presence felt in the teaser. The film is slated to hit the screens in August 2023 in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada.
Directed by Abhilash Joshiy, the film co-stars Dancing Rose Shabeer, Nyla Usha, Chemban Vinod and Gokul Suresh. While the film has music by Jakes Bejoy, Shyam Sasidharan has handled the editing and Nimish Ravi has lensed the film.
